In 2002 Mary Lee's Corvette scored a surprise hit with their second album, BLOOD ON THE TRACKS, a live song-for-song reinterpretation of Bob Dylan's classic 1975 LP. Although that success expanded the group's audience, it is the artfully crafted, deeply felt original compositions of MLC's founder and leader, Mary Lee Kortes, that are the group's true strength, as heard on this release.
