10 new tracks from the close harmony group which brought a sense of harmony mixed with fun and excitement into Welsh folk/pop music. This album proves that they still have what it takes to move the listener to tears of laughter as well as emotion. Mynediad am Ddim brought a certain something to the Welsh music scene in the mid 70s, and that little something, that uniqueness, has remained with them for close on thirty years. From the beginning they have been a fun band and even their name ( which means free admission) was meant to confuse poster readers everywhere! Celtic influences, especially from Ireland and Brittany were very much in vogue at the time and the band were very much a part of this. But their longevity is probably due to a successful mix of fine voices, vivaciousness and a genuine desire to give their audiences a good time. These elements are still with them in this new album of songs, which have been composed especially for them.
