Brook Benton - There Goes That Song Again / Singing The Blues

This CD couples Brook Benton's 1961 released 'There Goes That Song Again' with the 1962 'Singing the Blues', a Top 40 album, both on CD for the first time, and with the addition of four bonus tracks from Benton's singles output.

The former LP of swinging standards has Quincy Jones providing the music accompaniment, and the latter album provided Benton with a Top 20 hit, Lie to Me. The four additional bonus tracks include Revenge, another Top 20 hit, Hit Record and Walk on the Wild Side, both Top 50 hits.
