Appearing for the first time on CD are two albums 'Something Wonderful' and 'Rome Revisited' performed by the vocal group The Ray Charles Singers, who were regulars on American TV in shows such as The Perry Como Show and The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.

Originally issued on the Command label the albums produced by Enoch Light offered wonderful arrangements and beautiful full-bodied reproduction of the 16 gorgeous voices that formed the group. The Ray Charles Singers present on these two albums songs from the Great American Songbook (Misty, My Ideal, These Foolish Things, For All We Know) and the Great Italian Songbook (Volare, Non Dimenticar, Summertime In Venice, Santa Lucia and Arrivederci Roma).
