Lisa McHugh - A Life That's Good

Lisa McHugh's career has been going from strength to strength since she first hit the Irish country scene just a couple of years ago. Her band new album features 15 newly recorded songs including her single Apple Jack which was a massive Radio hit. Continuing with the promotion of the new album this week, Lisa has released her brand new single, Hillbilly Girl . The 26 year old is one of the only women on the Irish country scene, and her fans just can't get enough of her, filling up dancefloors around the country with her own style of country music.Having now gained thousands of fans, Lisa is well on her way to stardom, even receiving the award for 'Outstanding Achievement on the World Stage' 2012 when she appeared on the Grand Ole Opry - the home of country music as a guest of the legendary Gene Watson. To date, Lisa has won 14 awards, with many more to come her way in future.Lisa was recently approached by producers at Irish TV to begin recording her own TV show, On the Road with Lisa. The show has began airing and got off to a great start, with the people of Ireland loving her infectious, Glaswegian charm.
