Lonnie Donegan - This Yere De Story

This CD is an adaptation of Lonnie's one man show that was broadcast by the BBC. We have here the edited highlights from the show which was recorded live in front of an audience at London's 100 Club, Oxford Street with Lonnie's music at its best interspersed with his life story. The hits 'Rock Island Line', 'Putting on the Style', 'My Old Man's a Dustman' are all featured here. There will be an album launch party at Foyles bookshop in London on November 12th, Donegan's family will be in attendance. The album has been produced in conjunction with Sharon Donegan and the BBC.
