Vein & Dave Liebman - Lemuria Live

In 2011 the Swiss piano trio VEIN were joined by the renowned American saxophonist Dave Liebman on a tour of Europe. 'Lemuria Live' captures them in Paris and Cologne performing a set comprised of standards - Gershwin's Summertime, I Loves You Porgy and Brubeck's In Your Own Sweet Way - as well as three originals by Liebman, pianist Michael Arbenz and drummer Florian Arbenz.

VEIN has gained a worldwide reputation following performances in countless clubs and festivals throughout Europe as well as cities as far apart as Moscow, La Paz, Chennai and Havana. Leading US jazz musicians have often guested with them including Dave Liebman, Glenn Ferris and Greg Osby, to name but a few.
